We are seeking an experienced mechanical sheet metal design engineer with expertise in progressive die design and simulation of sheet metal components for the development of a 3D progressive die for an MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker) bushing clamp. The project involves the complete design, 3D modelling, and simulation to ensure precision, efficiency, and manufacturability.

Scope of Work:
3D CAD modelling of the MCB bushing clamp.
Progressive die design including strip layout planning.
Detailed die components design (punches, dies, guide posts, etc.).
Simulation to verify material flow, stress distribution, and potential defects.
Design optimisation based on simulation results.
Generation of detailed drawings for manufacturing.

Requirements:
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, NX).
Experience with die design and metal stamping processes.
Strong knowledge of simulation tools for die design.
Ability to deliver accurate, high-quality designs within deadlines.

Deliverables:
