Mechanical Engineer for Water Dispenser

We require a mechanical engineer who can design and build a water dispenser based on our drawings.
We have included 2 drawings to give you an idea of what is required, we are also open to designs that you feel are better.

Off the shelf filter, pump, water chiller
Fast Pouring
Quantities of 500, 750ml, 1, 1.25, 1.5, 2, 5 Litres (Or the software allows me to set quantities/price)
Software connected to payment
Accepts Card/Apple/Google Tap Payment before Pouring
Server to store all stats
