Manufacturing Wiring Diagram Creation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a set of manufacturing-grade wiring diagrams developed from scratch. The drawings must go beyond a simple schematic and be ready for the production floor, so every page has to show clear wire routing paths, full component specifications, and concise assembly instructions that a technician can follow without second-guessing.
Scope
• Draw detailed wiring diagrams suitable for manufacturing use.
• Include complete component specifications, labelled clearly on each sheet.
• Map precise wire routing paths with correct gauge and colour identification.
• Add step-by-step assembly notes directly on the drawings where needed.
Deliverables
1. Native CAD files (DWG or equivalent) plus print-ready PDFs.
2. Bill of materials extracted from the drawing set.
3. A brief revision log so any future updates are traceable.
I will supply the initial block diagram and any vendor datasheets I already have. You translate that into clean, industry-standard drawings that meet IEC/ANSI drafting conventions. If you typically work in AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or SolidWorks Electrical, let me know—compatibility with those platforms is a plus.
I review on a single consolidated markup round and sign off once every component call-out, wire label, and assembly note aligns with the spec.
