Manufacturer Sourcing in Taiwan

Seeking Taiwan assembly manufacturer in the electronics sector (cable assembly - my product involves braiding nylon strands, cutting and assembly). Manufacturer must have familiarity with establishing processes and quality controls. I also prefer a manufacturer with a relatively stable employee base for consistency. I prefer if you have some knowledge in this space or familiarity negotiating with manufacturers in this space.

Manufacturer Requirements:
Must be in Taiwan
Has access to a braiding machine, experience in cable / wire harness assembly. Process and quality control are a must.

I am seeking to manufacture a non-electrical component that is similar to an electrical cable component. I need to find a manufacturer with experience in creating a consistent and high quality process to manufacture my product.

I will supply all materials and parts for assembly. The manufacturer will be responsible for assembly (gluing metal caps on braided cord) The gluing must be done carefully and neatly, and the glue used must be of very high strength.
