I need a detailed, production-ready design package for a heavy-duty belt that commercial cleaners can use to carry spare batteries while vacuuming. The concept is clear in my head; what I’m missing are the technical drawings and specifications a manufacturer will need to build an accurate prototype.

Core concept
The belt sits high on the lower back with generous padding for all-day comfort, then tapers toward the front where a quick, secure magnetic clasp clicks closed (must be adjustable for different sized users). Sturdy canvas is the material of choice because it balances durability with light weight and easy cleaning. On each hip I want 2 form-fitted pockets that lets a vacuum battery slide in and out smoothly without wobble (battery size and shape will be provided). D-rings for attachments, and a small front pouch for minor tools and storage needs (approx 15cmW x 8cmH)

What I expect from you
• Dimensioned 2D drawings and a simple 3D model that show the padded back section, battery pockets, accessory pockets, D-ring placement, and magnetic closure assembly.
• A flat pattern or template my sewing contractor can print at full scale.
• A concise bill of materials detailing canvas weight, padding foam spec, webbing widths, rivets/snap hardware, and the exact magnetic clasp you recommend.
• Assembly notes that highlight stitching style, reinforcement points, and suggested thread weight so the first prototype survives commercial abuse.
