Electronics Product development and manufacturing support

Ryder is a startup with the ambition to bring a new type of security device to market. Ryder comes out of the Blockchain industry and has support from one of the leading blockchains platforms.
We are a team of four people who have expertise in Software/Firmware development, Industrial Design, Operation, and Growth. We have already created some early-stage development prototypes including software and firmware development. Our industrial designer has also created a target end product design.
What we seek now is a independent consultant who can help us bring this product from prototype/desing stage into real life.
We are looking for one or multiple persons who have previous experience in electronics development and manufacturing. The person in question should be able to independently drive and support the team with the steps going from where we are now to being ready to manufacture.
The project will be split into multiple milestone steps with funding based on accomplished deliverables. These deliverables will be agreed together before project start.
