Design revised engine mount adaptors to add an aftermarket engine to a Mercedes sprinter

I have a mercedes sprinter 412d panel van, year 2000.
Auto transmission .

All factory


Current engine is om602.980

I need a design created for adaptors for the engine mounts to take a new aftermarket engine that fits.

Recommendations on detailed parts lists and what needs to be done also required.

New engine needs to take an ac compressor and also have the ability to have x2 alternators.

The engine ideally would be diesel however petrol ( gas ) is no
Problems also.

Van is based ing designed for a camper and the better engine performance the better
