Design of a Custom Rinsing Filling Capping Machine for Specialty Drinks

I’m looking for an engineer with experience in designing Rinsing Filling Capping Machines to undertake a custom project for a beverage production line that deals with Basil Seed Drinks and Nata de Coco with jelly chunks.
Key Requirements:
• A machine capable of handling two-phase filling processes: basil seeds/jelly chunks followed by the beverage, at a rate of 40 BPM for efficient rinsing and draining.
• Adjustable rinsing capabilities to use air (ionized for particle discharge), water, or hot water, with the flexibility to choose between these options.
• Advanced sensing and pneumatic systems to control bottle movement and filling, accommodating different bottle materials (glass and plastic).
• A piston filler setup with a pneumatic cylinder, housing, rotary valve, and adjustable piston fillers (4-6) for the filling station.
• An adaptable capping station with a vibrator-equipped hopper and chute for cap dispensing, capable of handling different cap types (screw cap, lug cap, ring-pull).
• Integration capability with an existing lug cap machine and an interchangeable system for switching between capping methods.
• Ease of use and efficiency in operation, maintenance, and cleaning.

- The selected freelancer will be responsible for designing the entire Rinsing Filling Capping Machine tailored to the project’s specifications.
- Provide comprehensive manufacturing drawings for all components, ensuring that the design is conducive to fabrication methods such as sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, and CNC machining.
-The design must be straightforward to facilitate easy assembly after fabrication.
- A complete Bill of Materials (BOM) must be included, detailing every component required for the machine’s assembly and operation.
- Particular attention must be paid to the tolerances necessary for the proper function of the machine to ensure quality and reliability in its operation.
