Custom ABS Plastic Cowl Cover for Ford Mustang

I'm in need of a skilled designer and manufacturer to create a low-profile, ABS plastic cowl cover for my 1964 - 1973 Ford Mustang.
This cover should:
- Be designed to snap together in two pieces through injection molding
- Prevent water from entering the car while allowing air to flow
- Hide existing rust holes that are typically inaccessible
- Be sleek and blend seamlessly with the car's design
The surface finish should be a textured black finish. This project requires someone with experience in automotive parts design and injection molding. A keen understanding of the Ford Mustang design aesthetics would be a plus.
