Car design and technical draw

Hi
I`m looking for freelancer, who can make children car models but for real use. Design, technical design and details. In best way, we need team, who can design and give suggestions and links for all technical things, details, etc.
So, we need:
-design
-technical draw, so that we can give to builder and they can make it.
At the end we will need 3-5 different car designs, but lets start with one. There for, body should be used for all models. Body should be easy to make, put together. Electric or/and gas engine (like honda 125-200cc engine).
I also should know which engine, battery, steering wheels, suspensions, etc. you should show where is possible to buy them with nice price. body we will weld ourself.
when you bid for project, please describe what you can do and please add some samples what you did some thing similar or how you see our project.
First model should be like garden car- with buggy tires, but should looks like cars from 1930. please check pictures for inspiration.
we would like to finish this project in 2 weeks.
Please make design based on one of these supplier kit car. We are not gona build base, but we will take it ready and add our own design for nice view. or, we will disrupt it and make on our own frame. But, we need ideas and full solution from you!

Idea is - we take ready parts and make it together. ok, design for car we can build from fiberglass.
When you bid, please send your experience in this business.
At the end, we need full design, technical design, full set of details what we need and where we can buy it.

Total length of car is max 2 m, I think, it could be aprox 1.80m. We should make it so that we are able to transform for adults as well.
Please send some samples what do you offer, what you can offer, how it could looks at the end. if you think, we need some thing more, please let me know. We are open to ideas. All cars should be quite simple, so that not need specific machines to manufacture.
