Buyer and Product Sourcing Specialist (For Cable Assemblies and Electronic Assemblies)

We are a manufacturer of Medical Cable Assemblies in the USA and we are looking to expand our prodcut offering. I am looking for a Buyer and Product Specialist who can assist me in sourcing and procuring custom-made cable assemblies and electronic assemblies for industrial use. I also need you to help us create the product line for Medical Cables and RF Cables (help define which models, suppliers and costs).

Specific Requirements:
- Custom-made assemblies: I am in need of customized cable assemblies and electronic assemblies to meet the specific requirements of my industrial applications.
- Internal Manufacturing and Outsourcing: While we make cable assemblies in house, and I also open to new suppliers for some of the assemblies.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of cable assemblies and electronic assemblies: The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of different types of cable assemblies and electronic assemblies, including their specifications and functionalities.
- Experience in procurement and supplier management: The candidate should have experience in sourcing and managing suppliers, ensuring the highest quality and timely delivery of the assemblies.
- Strong negotiation skills: The candidate should be skilled in negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms for the custom-made assemblies.
- Attention to detail: The candidate should have a keen eye for detail to ensure the assemblies meet the required specifications and standards.
