Aerospace Composite Manufacturing

I am looking to outsource a project to manufacture an aerospace composite part. Specifically, I need the part to be manufactured with Carbon Fiber. The intended application of the composite part is for aerospace use, so I will need the manufactured part to meet the highest standards and certifications necessary for this purpose. That includes meeting the requirement for the industry standard AS9100 certification. The part must also meet FAA safety standards. I'm looking for an experienced manufacturer who can deliver on the highest quality requirements and the necessary certifications.
