Shonen Manga Artist Needed

Hello. I am a writer currently in need of a manga-style artist to help bring my new project to life. The project scope will grow from this original post but need to first find the right fit then negotiate. I am looking to do the first chapter and main cover design. The first chapter will be 15-30 pages aiming for $50-$100 per page depending on the level. Manga is based in a medieval type of world.
