Manga-Inspired Comic Book Creation

I have an action/fantasy story idea for a comic book and am looking for help with creating it from start to finish. The artwork should have a manga-inspired style, and the final product will include all aspects of the comic book: the story, illustrations, and layout.

Given the scope, I'm particularly interested in finding someone with experience and a strong grasp of both storytelling and manga-style artwork. This is a concept story and can't pay very much. I'm looking for a partner who is open to working on this project with me.

I have the story figured out, I need an artist.
