Custom One-Piece Wedding Manga

I’m putting together a surprise gift for my best friend’s wedding—a short manga inspired by the upbeat, swash-buckling spirit of One Piece—and would like an artist-writer who can take the lead from concept to print-ready files. The book should run somewhere between 15 and 20 pages, include a colorful cover, and read right-to-left just like the original.
You’ll be free to craft an original storyline that weaves romance, adventure, and light-hearted comedy around the couple’s real personalities (I’ll share photos and fun anecdotes once we start). What matters is that the finished work feels authentically “One Piece” in its paneling, dynamic poses, and expressive humor without copying existing characters or scenes.
Deliverables
• Story outline and rough page thumbnails for approval
• Final line art, screentone/greyscale shading, and speech bubbles for 10–20 interior pages
• Full-color front and back cover design
• High-resolution, print-ready PDF plus layered source files (PSD or Clip Studio)
