- Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies
- Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, and logistics
- Ability to analyze and optimize business processes
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the existing team to develop and implement operational strategies
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, supply chain, and logistics
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and profitability
- Manage and lead a team of employees
- Work closely with the Marketing and Technical Co-founders to ensure smooth operations and business growth

Ideal Candidate:
- Has prior experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the retail industry
- Understands the challenges and trends in the retail market
- Possesses excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Is a self-starter and can work independently with minimal supervision
- Has the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
