Writing a vision statement for Agile project Management in a product based company

I want a vision statement for the best practices to be followed in a product-based company. We are following mostly Agile practices like scrum and kanban. The vision statement should have measurable KPIs, future process improvement, and other things which can be measured to show the progress as per the vision statement.

I simple vision document with good KPIs and processes which can form a vision for teams following Agile practices is what I am expecting
