Trial Manager

As we grow every day, we are looking for a Trial Manager with an experience in Sales or Education to join our team!
**What You Will Do**
- Communicate with parents before the trial lesson
- Conduct a trial lesson with kids and their parents
- Engage a child into the learning part of the lesson, make them an active participator instead of the content consumer
- Interact with parents proactively during the selling part of the lesson to maximize the purchase rate
- Drive, manage and implement sales into relationships with each client
**Our Requirements**
- Experience in Education or Psychology
- Experience in Sales will be a plus
- English native speaker
- High interpersonal abilities in client relations and customer contact
- Excellent oral, written and analytical skills
- A motivated, positive, empathic, entrepreneurial, results-oriented personality
- Proactivity and a high level of self-organization and responsibility
- Confident PC user and stable Internet connection
- Еxperience of working with CRM systems
