Team Leader for Recruitment, Task Management and manual outreach
Budget: €1,500 – €3,000 EUR
I'm seeking a reliable and proactive individual to assist with building and leading an outreach team. This role involves creating job posts, managing communication with potential team members, and eventually leading the team to execute tasks as directed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Posting: Create 6 job posts on freelancer platforms (e.g., Freelancer, Upwork) as instructed.
- Communication Management: Respond to messages from applicants, guiding them through the recruitment process based on detailed instructions provided by me.
- Team Leadership: Once the outreach team is assembled, you will transition into a leadership role. This includes:
- Task Assignment: Directing the team to perform assigned tasks.
- Support: Assisting team members with any questions or issues they encounter.
- Task Participation: You will continue to perform the same tasks as the team, though at a reduced volume (approximately 50% less work than the team members).
Requirements:
- Availability: Must be online frequently to manage communication and oversee the team effectively.
- English Proficiency: Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Multiple Contact Numbers: Ability to create multiple accounts on various platforms using different phone numbers.
- Bank Account: You will need a bank account to receive your payment and to later distribute payments to the team.
Compensation:
Starting Pay: €50 per week.
- Potential for Increase: Pay will increase as the team gets better and workload grows.
- Payment Start: Compensation will begin once the outreach team is fully created, which may take around 3 days or more.
