Project Manager for Indian Developer Team
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I'm in need of a diligent project manager who has a deep understanding and experience working with Indian developers. The responsibilities for this role will include:
- Task coordination and allocation
- Communication and collaboration
- Quality assurance and testing
The objective of this project is unclear since I wasn't able to elucidate whether the aim is to enhance productivity, improve communication, or improve software quality. However, the appointed project manager should be flexible and adaptable to manage any of these potential goals.
Furthermore, knowledge in managing challenges common with offshore teams such as,
Language and cultural barriers, timezone differences, and varied technical expertise and skill-sets would be highly advantageous.
Proven experience with these skills and abilities is highly sought after for this project.
