Masterly Consulting, a digital marketing organisation based in the Republic of Ireland and operating internationally seeks motivated, creative, administrative and organised candidates for the Post of Deputy Director.
The Post of Deputy Director in this organisation is one of prime importance. The Deputy Director is responsible for assisting the Managing Director in the day to day running of Masterly Consulting in addition to the following areas:
- administration and development of the organisation;
- carrying out of the specific professional duties for which responsibility is delegated;
- acting as Managing Director when the Managing Director is absent;
- assisting in the implementation of policy;
- managing and coordinating staff;
- liaising with and supporting clients;
- controlling product quality, and ensuring that standards are consistently met;
- assisting in the financial management of the organisation]
- assisting in the provision of payroll to staff;
- managing internal issues related to code of conduct and general behaviour;
- assisting in the management of human resources;
