Outstanding Team Project -- 2
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
• The project is to be composed as a Powerpoint slide deck with a maximum of 15 slides.
• The team must be a real team (of your choice) and can be from any domain (sports, business, politics, etc). My topic is (new zealand national rugby union team) to pick one time period when they were truly outstanding.
• The team must be a team that most people would see as exceptional.
• In the project, please address the following:
o A description of the team.
o An analysis of why the team is outstanding.
o Discussion of specific 2-3 dimensions of this team’s success (relate these to the concepts from class).
o Ex.: Plan B, conflict resolution, team design
o Reflections on what other teams can implement from your analysis.
o Advice on 2 additional things this team could do additionally / differently / “better” based on content from this course.
