Openness Trait Evaluation & Predictive Analysis

I'm urgently in need of an expert to complete an anssignment on 'openness' personality trait.
The goal of this project is twofold:

The ideal candidate for this job should have a solid understanding of psychological concepts, particularly personality traits. They should also possess robust analytical skills to examine potential links between openness and childhood intelligence. Background in psychology and criminology or related fields is a must.
