Looking for manager to help find and hire mechanics for us

Looking for a manager to call and recruit car mechanics for us , you would need to use indeed which is free and social media like facebook to find auto mechanics that area ASE certified in USA , well give you the city and pay you per guy you find for us that meets our requirements , if you could talk to them over the phone tell them about us what were looking for were based in MN 55124 but we do jobs all over the USA or if you just find someone interested and give us their cell to call them that would be fine as long as they are ok with what we do etc. We need ya to filter them a little bit. We can pay you per guy we hire on that actually takes a project our site is mobilemechanic.com or per lead you send us if they are good youll get paid bigger bonus if they actually get hired and show up to the job.
I was thinking 25US per guy you find us that is interested. or 100US if they actually show up and do a job. sometimes we hire auto mechanics and they simply never do anything.


Eventually I would like to hire you full time like $1000 month salary and you just do all our hiring for us
