I am looking to engage an experienced Talent Recruiter and HR Professional to work with our ecommerce company to develop a robust recruiting pipeline, pre-screen for good fit candidates, and help us develop a scaleable and compliant onboarding and offboarding process for newly joining and departing team members, respectively. We currently run our HR processes via JustWorks, so experience with the platform is an additional bonus.
