The exam you are purchasing requires the following technical requirements:
Operating System: Windows 10, 64-bit, Mac OS X 10.13 or higher
Internet Browser: Pearson VUE supports the newest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari
Internet cookies must be enabled and pop-up blockers must be disabled.
Resolution: Screen resolution must be equal to or greater than 1024 X 768
Internet Connection: You will need a sustained, high speed, Internet connection for the duration of the exam.
Network Connection: Pearson Strongly Recommends using a wired network rather than a wireless network as it provides better exam delivery performance.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel this exam as long as the exam has not been started, and the delivery period has not expired. Once the exam is started you will not be able to cancel the exam online.

Below are some helpful instructions and tips to ensure your exam process goes smoothly.
1. Allow yourself enough time to complete all portions of the exam within 24 hours of selecting “Submit Order.”
2. Complete the exam in one sitting.
3. You are given 5 minutes to review and complete the NDA.
4. You are given 10 minutes to review and complete the exam tutorial.
5. The exam is 50 questions, and you are given 90 minutes to complete it.
6. When you’ve finished your exam you must press End exam button to register your result.
