HR Consultant Required
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am in need of extensive HR services for our growing company of fewer than 50 employees.
Key services required include:
- Recruitment: I am seeking entry & mid level candidates ideally, so recruitment experience in similar fields or industries will be preferred.
- Employee Onboarding: You must be able to seamlessly integrate new hires into our team. Previous experience with efficient and engaging onboarding processes will be a clear advantage.
- Performance Management: I desire a system to evaluate and enhance employee performance effectively.
Additional Tasks:
- Salary & Leave Management: The ability to handle these administrative duties will be highly beneficial.
The ideal candidate will be adept in all areas of HR management and have experience with smaller companies. Your goal will be to ensure our HR operations will run smoothly and effectively to promote a positive working environment.
