Build my linkedin page

I have currently over 19 plus years in non-profit. Looking for an opportunity to utilize my passion of service, leadership in a director role to impact, families, and community. I need my linkedin page to include key words to highlight my resume. Please find my resume and provide any suggestions that will compliment my new linkedin page.
