prepare script for Management performance review as master of ceremony

the management performance review event will be managed my me where I have to start the meeting with introduction and conclude with few words. in the middle i will be inviting presenters one by one where every one will deliver 15 min. presentation. the length of the event will be around 5 hr and approximately around 30 min. i will be speaking. agenda attached
