I am looking for an expert in consulting firms commission models to have a call and discuss the different aspects of commission structures. My current commission model in place needs to be replaced, and I need to determine the best commission calculation methods and benchmarking. The call will be via a video call, so that both parties can collect and convey necessary information effectively.
