The presentation should last between 15-25 minutes, with a similar length of time for the discussion, in combination no more than 50 minutes. high level, the emphasis should on the creation of original perspectives that recognize the implications for practice in the individual area of professional participation.
Note: should be on pull points and text notes on a separate file.

You should aim to offer original perspectives about the following in their presentation and discussion:
1. Analysis of how the perspective of a consultant (or friendly outsider) might influence the course of organizational change.
2- exploring themes of identity, liminality, and/or the roles assumed and played individually and collectively
Note :You should give examples for what you saying.

Answer the following questions in a critical way and do not just make quotations at this level you are required to raise an argument, give your opinion and always give an example.

1- how consultants (“friendly outsiders”) see, conceptualise and participate in change
2- What role does identity play in change?
3- Our personal and professional identities also influence our level of agency in organisational matters • What are we? • How do use identity work to construct the appropriate form of ourselves?

4- Explain how The concept of liminality offers an interesting lens…especially for consulting identities?

5- Critique epistemological perspectives
6- Which research tradition is best suited to thinking about consulting?*
(An “economics” lens offers a predominantly “positivistic” perspective or A “sociology” lens encourages us to move towards an “interpretivist” analysis of what we see)


7- Based on your own research and experience, develop arguments for and against the following theories • Using your own experience, knowledge and intuition, develop three arguments for and against each of these theories
