We are starting a health business and are using Nookal.com. we want to someone to review what we want amd give us advise on the platforms we can use to get these done so our backend can work efficiently. Things we need are:

Features I'm looking to have:
1.sms and email communications system that can analyse campaigns, engagement.
2. Gift voucher system to offer customers
3. Product back end to sell products on our website.
4. Patient word of mouth reward system. (Example they refer 5 people they get a treatment free)
5. Surveys to send to patients and referring doctors and nurses for their feedback on how we can do better.
We would like someone who knows a range of products who can assist.
Once we have dicussed and agreed tk the systems, we would like you to help implement them and assist in building campaigns etc
