Consultant/Facilitator for Business Vision/Values Development

I am looking for a consultant who is experienced in facilitating vision and values development sessions with a small team of incumbents and executives. Our company has been going through a high growth phase, and has never formally developed a company vision, values, etc. and I am looking for someone who can help align our business vision, tease out values, and lead the creative process.
