Build IT Roadmap
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hi,
A 4-year Reale-estate company wants to digitize its business cycles and process. They have a simple book Keeping software. Other than that, everything is manual and paper-based.
Based on the attached Company Structure, I would require:
A- 2 pager Roadmap journey with the prerequisite for each item in the Roadmap and estimated Time & cost,
NOTE: I will fill in the cost item.
The Roadmap should assume that there is no IT function in the company.
The Roadmap Should include but is not limited to:
1- Setting up The IT Department
2- ERP Implementation
3- Other systems/applications needed
4- Company Staff Awareness like ensuring company staff possess minimum Excel skills and IT role in security awareness
