Co-Author Interview-Style Leadership Book

Job ID: 40520730

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I am ready to turn a series of intimate conversations with Swami Brahmananda Saraswati of Dhyana Ashram (Malaysia) into a motivational, interview-style management book. The vision is simple yet ambitious: capture the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita and the Upanishads, then translate it into fresh, new-wave insights on leadership, design thinking, innovative execution, and organisational vibrance.

Here is what I already know I need from you:

• A motivational, inspirational voice that still respects the depth of Hindu philosophy.
• A free-flowing narrative—minimal rigid structure—so the reader feels present in the Guru-disciple dialogue.
• Precise weaving of philosophical quotes and practical guidance; no dry academic commentary and no heavy historical detours.
• Fluency in contemporary management frameworks and terminology, so every insight lands solidly with executives, entrepreneurs, and change leaders.
• Cultural fluency: ideally you have a Hindu background or firsthand familiarity with ashram culture, making the spiritual nuances feel authentic.

My process
I will supply raw audio notes, personal reflections, and any recorded sessions with Swamiji. You will:

1. Transcribe and lightly edit the conversations for clarity while preserving the Guru’s voice and my humble learner’s stance.
2. Infuse modern leadership context—lean thinking, agile execution, design-thinking mind-sets—wherever the Guru’s teachings naturally align.
3. Suggest subtle transitions and short reflection segments so the dialogue flows yet remains actionable.
4. Deliver a polished manuscript ( words anticipated) ready for copy-edit and layout.

Acceptance criteria
• Every chapter opens with an authentic quote from Gita or Upanishads that anchors the theme.
• Managerial applications are explicit, practical, and jargon-free.
• The Guru’s words remain unaltered in meaning; my disciple voice shows humility and curiosity.
• Final file in editable DOCX plus a clean PDF export.

If this fusion of ancient wisdom and modern management excites you, let’s begin.
