I need a fluent Malayalam speaker who is equally comfortable with Tamil to help me interpret live counselling conversations. The sessions happen online, run roughly 45-60 minutes each, and revolve around relationship counseling, rather than business jargon, so empathy and absolute confidentiality are essential.
Your role is to listen to the Tamil participant, relay their words accurately and sensitively in Malayalam, then convey the Malayalam responses back to Tamil in real time. Clear, natural speech, cultural nuance, and the ability to keep the conversation flowing without long pauses are more important to me than strict word-for-word rendition.
