FX Makeup Halloween

I am looking for a makeup artists to help me create a makeover for an upcoming Halloween event for work Specifically, I want to create a terrifyingly realistic Voldemort makeup look with prosthetics. Please see Youtube for Jeffery Star's video for reference. I have the bald cap prosthetic and nose/eyebrow prosthetic purchased. The final makeup look will need to be completed by 7:30am.
