Email Infrastructure Specialist for Long-term Engagement
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Long-Term Email Infrastructure & Deliverability Expert (MailWizz + PowerMTA / Postal)
Monthly engagement – must set up and maintain from scratch
We’re looking for a technical email infrastructure specialist for a long-term partnership.
You’ll be responsible for setting up, configuring, and maintaining our bulk email infrastructure on our servers — and ensuring that our campaigns consistently land in the inbox.
Scope of Work
Initial Setup (you’ll do this from scratch):
• Configure and deploy MailWizz on our server
• Set up PowerMTA or Postal (we’ll discuss best fit based on your expertise)
• Set up DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, PTR, etc.)
• Configure IP warm-up schedule
• Integrate bounce handling, feedback loops, and delivery tracking
• Perform inbox placement testing (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.)
• Build a clean, scalable sending system for high-volume delivery
Ongoing Monthly Maintenance (long-term):
• Monitor deliverability and reputation
• Maintain IP and domain health
• Troubleshoot delivery issues
• Assist with list hygiene and domain warmups
• Suggest improvements and scaling options
• Schedule and send weekly campaigns (we’ll supply the content and lists)
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience setting up MailWizz + PowerMTA or Postal
• Deep understanding of email deliverability, not just sending
• Ability to work independently and proactively flag issues
• Fluent in setting up and maintaining email infrastructure securely
• Must be reliable, communicative, and committed to long-term engagement
• Bonus: Experience working with hotel, travel, or B2B lists
Payment & Terms
• This is a long-term monthly engagement — we’re not looking for one-off setup help
• Please submit a monthly offer that includes both:
1. Initial setup
2. Ongoing maintenance/support
We will provide the server and IPs. You bring the expertise.
