looking for a MailerLite and Website Automation Specialist to finalise the launch of an AI startup website. Must have experience with DNS, business email setup, MailerLite automations, landing pages, and lead capture workflows

1. Website & Domain

Confirm DNS records are correctly configured between Crazy Domains and Netlify
Ensure HTTPS/SSL certificate is active and working
Fix any remaining mobile responsiveness issues and the website being mobile ready
Minor design and copy improvements as identified
Ensure page loads fast — optimise images and assets
Fix the countdown to work correctly

2. Business Email Setup

Confirm email is correctly configured and sending + assist with setting up 2 other emails
Configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC records in Crazy Domains DNS for email deliverability

3. MailerLite Configuration

Connect MailerLite form to the website signup form so submissions flow automatically into the subscriber list
Set up subscriber groups and tagging
Configure the automation trigger — when subscriber joins Pip AI Waitlist group
Build and load the 5-email welcome sequence into the automation (copy already written)
Set up the launch day campaign email scheduled for 1st July 2026
Test the full automation flow end to end
Verify email is authenticated as sender domain in MailerLite
Complete the CNAME and TXT DNS records required by MailerLite

4. Contact Form

Connect the website contact form so submissions deliver to an email
Recommend and implement a simple form backend — Formspree or similar

5. Social Sharing Preview
Configure Open Graph image so when pipai.com.au is shared on Facebook it shows a professional preview image with Pip AI branding
