CTA Integration with Mailer lite for download e-book and audio

I need a simple, clean integration that allows visitors on two WordPress sites to click a prominent “Download Now” or “Subscribe” button, sign up through MailerLite, and instantly receive both an e-book (PDF) and a audio file (MP3).

MailerLite account is already active, and both files are ready.
