I need a mailchimp expert

Initially I need help designing and sending out a campaign announcing our new team. However our domain has no traffic\quality score. The test campaign is not rendering in certain clients and is going to junk or promotion folders in others. Ultimately this project could turn into on-going newsletters and triggered campaigns.
