Zendesk /Mailchimp support

Hello

I am looking for a way to send customer service emails from zendesk via mailchimp

I cant do various HTML email templates in zendesk so this feels like the only way

Emails include

Welcome email
delivery updates
selling extra products
asking reviews

I have installed the following apps but I cant get it working
