I'm looking for a professional to help me with a time-sensitive email marketing task. I need to send out 300 promotional emails within a 24-hour timeframe.

This is a low budget task
- Email Content: I will require you to create an HTML template for the emails, but I need someone who can make minor modifications to the design.
- Email List: I have the contact emails ready to go.
- Email Platform: I do not currently have an email marketing platform. Part of this job will involve helping me to set up an appropriate platform and send the emails from there.
