Update Email connection from Mailchimp to Klaviyo

Existing Squarespace website needs to be updated. Currently the form capture and promotional pop-up is capturing data to the old Mailchimp - this needs to be updated to the new Klaviyo account.

I have Zapier connecting them. Just needs someone to go through and update / make sure its all connecting and communicating correctly..
