We are looking for a skilled freelancer to help us automate our sales funnels, set up custom transactional emails, and manage newsletters. We currently use Stripe for payments, HubSpot for CRM, and Mailchimp for email marketing but are open to alternative tools that enhance automation and efficiency.
Scope of Work:
1. Sales Funnel Setup:
• Develop and implement automated sales funnels that capture leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Integrate the funnel with Stripe and HubSpot to ensure seamless tracking of customer journeys and payment data.
2. Custom Transactional Emails:
• Create custom transactional emails triggered by Stripe subscriptions/orders.
• Ensure emails are branded, personalized, and integrated with our CRM for data consistency.
3. Newsletter Automation:
• Design and automate newsletters to keep customers engaged.
• Integrate with Mailchimp (or suggest alternatives) to automate email list management and segmentation.
4. Tool Optimization:
• Provide recommendations for optimizing our current stack (Stripe, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• If necessary, suggest and implement better alternatives for email automation.
Deliverables:
• Fully functional sales funnel with automation.
• Custom transactional emails for Stripe subscriptions.
• Newsletter setup with automation.
• Documentation on how to maintain and adjust the funnels/emails as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Stripe, HubSpot, and email marketing tools.
