SETTING UP TAGS FOR FOLLOW UP EMAILS

I have a quiz that has a lead-generating page. Once an email is entered I want to send an email with action links, once an action link is clicked a new email is sent. If the action link is not clicked I want a separate email sent. I need help in setting this sequence up in Mailchimp.
