I run ongoing outbound campaigns aimed squarely at marketing a product/service and I’m ready to bring someone on who can own the process end-to-end. Day to day you’ll be inside Instantly—building targeted lists, setting up sequences, monitoring deliverability, and handling the steady flow of replies so every interested prospect is quickly qualified or routed.
If you already know the platform that’s perfect, but experience with tools like Mailchimp, SendGrid, or HubSpot tells me you can pick things up fast, and a willingness to learn is more important than ticking every box on day one.
The role starts part-time. Prove you can keep bounce rates low, schedules tight, and positive responses high, and we’ll scale this into a full-time position together.
Deliverables I’ll review weekly:
• Fresh, verified prospect lists loaded into Instantly
• Live sequences correctly segmented and scheduled
• Clear, organised inbox with replies tagged, flagged, and handed off where needed
• Concise performance summary highlighting opens, clicks, and booked calls
