Need a MailChimp expert.

I have a list of approximately 1500 contacts that I'd like to start sending newsletters to (via Mailchimp) every three months. I have not confirmed these people want to be on my newsletter list. So first I have to send an invitation (I think) and then when we know the list is accurate, I can send my first newsletter. I need 2-3 templates that will allow me to add pictures, text, our logo and links to Instagram, youtube etc.
