Marketing Email Virtual Assistant

My inbox is overflowing with campaigns waiting to go out, so I need a reliable hand dedicated solely to drafting and sending marketing emails. Each week I’ll supply the basic brief, audience segment, and any brand assets—your job is to transform that into polished copy, lay it out in Mailchimp (or a similar platform you already know well), schedule the send, and keep me posted once it goes live.
You’ll have direct access to our email account and template library. From there:
• Draft compelling subject lines and body copy that aligns with our tone
• Insert images, links, and calls-to-action as provided
• Run a quick grammar/spell check and ensure mobile responsiveness
• Schedule the email for the agreed time and tag it correctly for reporting
• Send me a short confirmation note when it’s queued, plus basic open/click stats 24 hours later
If you’re comfortable A/B testing subject lines, even better, but it’s optional for now.
