Mailjet Email Campaign

I have content, banners and images for an email campaign. I need help with design (making it look sharp), banners, links, integrate person names, unsubscribe, subscribe, etc. I have a crude template completed to get started.

For experienced Mailjet developer, I was informed that this task is 2 to 3 hours.
